M3.7 EARTHQUAKE STRIKES NEAR HYDESVILLE IN HUMBOLDT COUNTY

A magnitude 3.7 earthquake rattled the area 35 kilometers east of Hydesville in rural Humboldt County on Saturday afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor struck at 2:44 p.m. PT at a depth of 24 kilometers.
