Anaheim Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on the eastbound 91 Freeway west of Imperial Highway early Wednesday morning at 4:01 a.m. The fire has forced authorities to shut down the affected lanes while crews work to extinguish the blaze and clear the roadway.
