SECOND E-BIKE CRASH IN 24 HOURS TURNS FATAL IN SANTA

An e-bike rider was struck and killed Tuesday evening in what marks the second serious e-bike crash in Santa in as many days, according to KTLA. The fatal collision occurred less than 24 hours after a violent hit-and-run crash involving another e-bike rider in the same area.
