MAGNITUDE 2.6 QUAKE STRIKES NEAR HYDESVILLE
A magnitude 2.6 earthquake hit about 7 kilometers east of Hydesville in Humboldt County Saturday evening, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake struck at 8:36 p.m. PT at a depth of 24 kilometers.
