INLAND EMPIRE COPS DEPLOY GRAPPLER DEVICE IN ACTIVE PURSUIT

An Inland Empire police department has deployed the Grappler, a device designed to stop fleeing vehicles, in an active pursuit now underway. The agency has become the first municipal law enforcement outfit in California to use the tool in the field.
