PURSUIT SUSPECT DITCHES VEHICLE IN DOWNTOWN L.A. PARKING STRUCTURE

A manhunt is underway in downtown Los Angeles after a suspect fleeing from Orange County abandoned a vehicle with "cold plates" in a parking structure and took off on foot, according to KTLA. The pursuit originated in Orange County before moving into the L.A. area.
