A magnitude 3.5 earthquake rattled the area near Larkfield-Wikiup in Sonoma County early Wednesday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake struck at 10:33 a.m. PT about 3 kilometers east-southeast of the community.

The temblor was centered roughly 7 kilometers below the surface. USGS data shows at least 1,311 people reported feeling the shake across the region. There is no immediate word on damage or injuries.
